Life's Perspective - We decide

I've not too long ago found out that feeling down or up is all about perspective...How we view the events of the day decides our mood and feelings...Well, I guess it's just being pessimistic or optimistic... But then again, one can be a pessimist but yet feel up, and an optimist can be depressed...

But what I find interesting, is that we ourselves can consciously change our perspective in life, and therefore indirectly are able to influence our own mood... The events of the day do not really determine our mood, but rather our interpretation of them...For example, I wake up on the morning, and i think of what I have for the day..I will have to endure five hours of school, rush back, suffer at badminton training, and then go for tuition at night... And suddenly, I feel overwhelmed... How to live like that?

Before this, I would just struggle to get through the day, but now, I realize that I can change that low mood by just adding the small little things I do between those events into my perspective and looking at it in detailed - the little things that make life great...And suddenly, it isn't that bad after all..

Well, there's also a time to feel down and emo, but you must realize that it is. We. Who. Decide what mood we want to be in...Not the events of the day, and not others...We, us, ourselves can CONSCIOUSLY change our mood...

It's all in the head, guys, it's all in the head...

Suffer Baddie training? i can still remember those days. Very unpleasant memories i have to say.

Well, i love school days the most.As i go for the morning sessions, and as the others have school, no chance of extended training sessions. Even though sometimes, they would keep me there longer.
